Cream of cream cheese with radish and cress

  • 50 g Courgette
  • 4 Radishes
  • 1/4 Beet Cress
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 1/3 the cheese cream

Directions

    Wash and clean the zucchini, cut into strips and, except for something to garnish, cut into cubes. Wash, clean, slice and dice the radishes, except for a little garnish.

    Cut cress from the bed with scissors. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix cheese cream and prepared ingredients, except for some cress for garnishing. Arrange in a bowl and garnish with zucchini, cress and radish.
