  • 1 bottle (1 l) of mulled wine
  • 750 ml Cranberry juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 1 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 4-5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and orange peel spirals

    Heat mulled wine, cranberry juice, lemon juice and spices in a pot. Season to taste with sugar. Pour into glasses and decorate with a lemon or orange peel spiral
