Cottage cheese and banana spread

Ingredients

Servings: 500
  • 1 small untreated orange
  • 2-3 stem(s) Lemon balm
  • 400 g Cottage cheese (20% fat in dry matter)
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 1 Banana

Directions

    Wash the orange and rub half of the peel thinly. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins.

    Press the juice out of the parting skins. Wash lemon balm, shake dry and chop the leaves of 2 stems into small pieces. Mix cottage cheese, lemon balm, honey, orange peel and 2-3 tbsp. juice. Cut 1/4 of the orange fillets into small pieces and stir into the cheese.

    Before serving, peel the banana, cut into small cubes and fold in. Garnish with orange filets and lemon balm. Baguette tastes good with it.
