Ingredients

  • 60 g Butter
  • 120 g Butter Biscuit
  • 6 sheets Gelatine
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 300 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Orange liqueur, e.g. Contreau
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Vodka
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Preiselbeer-Sirup
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Spread the bottom of a springform pan (24 cm Ø) with oil. Melt butter. Finely chop the biscuits in the universal chopper. Mix butter and biscuit crumbs and press onto the bottom of the springform pan. Place the mould in a cool place.

    Soak gelatine in cold water. Using the candy maker, pull off a spiral from half the orange and wrap it around a wooden spoon handle. Halve the orange and cut 2 thin slices from the middle. Squeeze 1 orange half. Halve the lime and squeeze it. Stir cream cheese and orange juice until smooth. Add yoghurt, orange liqueur, lime juice, vodka, vanillin sugar, syrup and sugar and mix. Squeeze the gelatine and dissolve. Stir in 3 tablespoons of cream, then stir into the remaining cream. Chill the cream for about 10 minutes until it starts to gel.

Remove the cake from the mould and decorate with orange spiral and slices
