Ingredients

  • 1 Grilled sausages (30 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil, salt, pepper
  • 150 g Potatoes
  • 250 g White cabbage
  • 150 g Carrots, 1/4 l broth
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Marjoram and mustard
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) ripened cream

Directions

    Fry the sausages in hot oil, take them out and cut them into small pieces. Peel potatoes. Clean the vegetables. Wash and chop both. Steam in the frying fat

    Add the stock, marjoram and mustard and cook for 15 minutes. Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper. Add the sausages
