Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 2 (200 g each) Cup of whipped cream
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Cup of sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch salt, 4 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3 (approx. 375 g) cup + 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 300 g frozen berry mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp berries, lemon balm, hail and icing sugar

Directions

    Grease the springform pan (26 cm Ø). Pour cream into a mixing bowl. Wash and dry a cream cup. Measure out all ingredients with the cup

    Add sugar, vanilla sugar and salt to the cream and beat until half stiff. Stir in the eggs one by one

    Mix 3 cups of flour and baking powder and stir in briefly. Brush into the form. Turn the berries unfrozen in 2 tbsp. flour and spread on the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 70 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 minutes in a switched-off oven. Remove from the oven and let cool off. Decorate with berries etc.
