  • 600 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 300 g Kabanossi sausage
  • 2 small leeks (leek)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g black olives
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in boiling water for about 20 minutes until soft. Drain potatoes, rinse and halve. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. If necessary, remove the sausage from the skin and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the leek into pieces

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the prepared vegetables with the potatoes for 5-6 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper, remove

    Add the sausage to the hot frying fat and fry it for 3-4 minutes, turning it over. Add vegetables and olives and fry for another 3-4 minutes. Season to taste again. Wash the chives, dab dry, cut into rings, sprinkle over the pan and serve
