Take out the cake and let it cool down. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate coating in a bowl over a warm water bath, then allow to cool. Spread chocolate icing on the cake, add marshmallows and chill for about 30 minutes. Halve the cake just before serving
