Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 225 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 375 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1/8 l Oil
  • 200 ml Coca-Cola
  • 150 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 10 g Coconut oil
  • 50-75 g Mini-Marshmallows
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in flour, baking powder, oil and cola. Grease 6 ramekins (each 8 x 12 cm; 325 ml) and sprinkle with flour. Add the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 175 ° C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 45 minutes.

    Take out the cake and let it cool down. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating. Melt the coconut oil and chocolate coating in a bowl over a warm water bath, then allow to cool. Spread chocolate icing on the cake, add marshmallows and chill for about 30 minutes. Halve the cake just before serving
