Mix the baking mix and cocoa in a mixing bowl. Add fat, eggs and cola and mix for about 2 minutes to a smooth dough. Carefully fold in half the popcorn. Pull out a cake divider on a baking tray lined with baking paper approx. 26 x 18 cm. Pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 30 minutes. Let the cake cool down on a cake rack. For the glaze, put butter, cocoa and cola in a pot and bring to the boil while stirring.
Let it boil down a bit. Sieve the icing sugar and stir in. Let the icing cool down a little while stirring. Cover the cake with it and sprinkle with the remaining popcorn. If you like, cover with a little bit of icing. Makes about 15 pieces
