Chocolate waffles with pears and chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Pears
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 20 g sugar
  • 1/8 l White wine
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g soft butter or margarine
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 125 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Cocoa powder
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 6 balls walnut ice cream
  • 1 (125 ml) bottle of chocolate sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the pears, cut them into eighths and cut out the core. Caramelise 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pan. Add wine, 1/8 liter water and lemon juice while stirring. Stir until the caramel has dissolved. Add pears and steam for about 5 minutes. Leave to cool in the stock. Chop the chocolate. Warm the cream and melt the chocolate in it. Let it cool down a little. Cream fat, 20 g sugar, vanillin sugar, salt and egg. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Alternately stir in chocolate cream and milk. Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake about 3 double wafers one after the other. Take the pears out of the stock and let them drain. Arrange 1 wafer with 2 pear wedges and 1 ice cream scoop on plates. Decorate with chocolate sauce and dust with cocoa. Rest of sauce extra rich
