Chopping chocolate. Melt half in a hot water bath. Cream butter, 1 pinch of salt and 50 g sugar. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Alternately stir in the milk. Fold in all the chocolate
Boil up the raspberries with the juice. Mix starch with 2-3 tablespoons of water. Bind raspberries with it. Season to taste with 1-2 tbsp. sugar. Mix crème fraîche, crème double and vanilla sugar
Preheat and grease the waffle iron. Bake 10-12 waffles from the dough one after the other. Keep warm. Dust with icing sugar and serve with vanilla cream and berries
