  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 50 g each of white and dark chocolate
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the strawberries and dab dry. Chop the couverture separately and melt them one after the other over a warm water bath. Dip the strawberries in white and dark chocolate coating as desired, let them drip off a little and place them on baking paper. Leave to dry in a cool place
