For the pudding, mix 6 tablespoons of milk, pudding powder and sugar. Boil up the rest of the milk and cream. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil briefly. Divide the pudding between 4 dessert glasses and let it cool down.
For the sauce, stir 3 tablespoons of milk, sauce powder and sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk and grated coconut to the boil, stir in the sauce powder. Bring to the boil while stirring. Let cool and stir several times in between.
Pass the sauce to the pudding. Decorate with mint leaves if desired.
