  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 8 Eggs (size M)
  • 90 g Flour
  • 90 g Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Baking Powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cocoa powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 1 1/2 packs Vanilla Pudding Powder
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 75 g Apricot Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Wash, peel and halve the pears, cut out the core, cut the top several times and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cream fat, 75 g sugar, salt and vanillin sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer.

  2. 2

Stir in 4 eggs bit by bit. Mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder and cocoa, sieve onto the egg-fat mixture and stir in. Also stir in milk. Pour the dough onto the greased frying pan and smooth it down evenly.

  3. 3

Separate remaining eggs. Mix the egg yolks, remaining sugar, lemon rind, cream and quark. Stir in pudding powder and raisins. Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully fold into the quark mixture. Spread the quark mixture evenly on the dark base and cover with pear halves.

  4. 4

Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for 45-50 minutes. Heat up the apricot jam, pass through a sieve and brush the pears with it after baking. Results in about 20 pieces.
