Put 1 1/4 litre of milk, salt, sugar and vanillin sugar in a large pot and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. In the meantime wash, clean and halve the strawberries.
Wash and quarter the apricot and remove the stone. Peel and quarter the kiwi. Peel pineapple and cut into 4 pieces. Put fruits alternately on 4 skewers. Pour the finished noodles into a sieve.
Collect the milk, fill up to 400 ml and bring to the boil with 4 tablespoons. Stir starch, cocoa and 4 tablespoons of milk until smooth and bind milk with it, bring to the boil again. Arrange noodles, sauce and fruit skewers on plates.
