Chocolate muesli cake with lime cream

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 150 g white couverture
  • 200 g Crunchy muesli
  • 500 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese)
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS lime juice + 2 limes
  • 100 g sugar, 1 p. vanillin sugar
  • 1 package Cream stabiliser
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 500 g finished red fruit jelly
  • 1 large freezer bag

Directions

    Lightly oil the cake plate, place a cake ring (26 cm Ø) on top. Coarsely chop the chocolate coating, melt in a hot water bath

    Put the muesli in a freezer bag, seal the bag. Coarsely chop the muesli with a rolling pin. Mix with the chocolate coating. Fill into the cake ring as a base, press on. Drying

    Mix mascarpone, quark, juice, sugar, vanillin sugar and cream setting agent. Whip cream until stiff and fold in. Spread on the base and chill for at least 1 hour

    Wash the limes, rub dry and cut into thin slices. Decorate the cake with them. Shortly before serving, put some red fruit jelly on the cake. Add the rest of the groats
