Chocolate cream with vanilla topping

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 50 g Orange biscuits
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 300 ml and 500 ml milk
  • 1 pack of S
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Sugar
  • 1 package Sauce powder "Vanilla flavour for cooking
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chocolate shavings

Directions

    orange cookies, up to 4 pieces to decorate, crumble roughly and sprinkle with orange juice

    Pour 300 ml milk into a mixing bowl, add cream powder and whisk with the whisk of the hand mixer at lowest setting, then whip at highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy

    Pour the sprinkled cookies into 4 dessert glasses. Spread the cream over them. Put it in a cool place

    From 500 ml milk, take 6 tablespoons and mix with sugar. Boil up the remaining milk and stir in the sauce powder. Bring to the boil again briefly. Let cool down. Spread the sauce over the cream. Decorate with biscuits, possibly mint and chocolate shavings
