Coarsely chop the marzipan chocolate and 50 g mocha chocolate. Peel bananas and dice them roughly. Cream fat, vanilla sugar and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one by one. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in alternately with the milk. Fold in chopped chocolate and banana pieces. Pour the dough into a greased, floured box form (30 cm long, 13 cm wide) and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 1-1 1/4 hours (stick test).
Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool down for about 15 minutes and then turn it out of the tin. Let them cool down on a cake rack. Coarsely chop 50 g mocha chocolate. Melt chocolate and oil in a bowl over a warm water bath. Dribble chocolate in lines over the cake. Chill the cake for about 10 minutes, then spread banana chips on the cake and chill for about 20 minutes until the chocolate is firm
