Ingredients

  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 150 g young carrots
  • 100 g Sweet peas
  • 150 g Chicken filet
  • 100 g Japanese spun wheat noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cashew nuts
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Vegetable broth (instant)

Directions

    Wash the broccoli, cut the florets from the stalk and slice. Peel the carrots, cut off the greenery to 3 cm and halve lengthwise. Wash and clean the mangetouts. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips.

    Heat the oil. Fry meat for 8-10 minutes, turning vigorously. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. After 4 minutes add prepared vegetables and cashews to the meat. Wash the chilli, cut into rings and fry.

    Pour on broth shortly before the end. Season to taste with salt and soy sauce. Drain the pasta and fold in. Arrange in bowls.
