Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 2 small peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. red)
  • 4 Chicken filet lets (à approx. 150 g)
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS pink berries
  • 7-10 Tbsp (pepper-like spice)
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS black
  • 7-10 Tbsp and white peppercorns
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Clean, wash and roughly dice the peppers

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut in half crosswise. Crush pink berries, black and white peppercorns in a mortar. Wash parsley, dab off leaves and chop finely

    1⁄4- 1⁄2 l Bring water, stock and parsley stalks to the boil in a wide pot or roaster. Season meat with salt and rub thickly with the pepper mixture. Pour vegetables and meat into a steamer tray. Put them in the pot and steam covered for about 20 minutes. Arrange everything, sprinkle with some broth and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Delicious with it: Potatoes
