Ingredients

  • 2 Glasses (720 ml each) Sour cherries
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 75 g + 50 g sugar
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil, grease for the mould
  • 300 g + some flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 250 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 1 Package. Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Package. Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 2 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds

Directions

    Drain the cherries. Mix quark, 75 g sugar, milk and oil. Mix 300 g flour and baking powder and add. Knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands

    Roll out the dough on some flour to a circle (26 cm Ø) and place it in a greased dough or tart dish (26 cm Ø). Prick several times with a fork. Pre-bake in the preheated oven on the 2nd rack from below (electric oven: 175 °C / fan-assisted oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for approx. 15 minutes

    Mix sour cream, cream, vanillin sugar, 50 g sugar and pudding powder. Place the cherries on the pastry base and spread the icing on top

    Bake at the same temperature for another 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over the top about 10 minutes before the end. Let them cool down
