  • 7-10 Tbsp Ingredients for about 12 pieces:
  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g Butter or margarine
  • 500 g Sweet cherries
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice and grated zest of 1 untreated lemon
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead flour, baking powder, 250 g sugar, vanillin sugar, 2 eggs and fat with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to form crumbles. Wash, clean and seed the cherries. Mix quark, remaining sugar, 3 eggs, pudding powder, lemon juice and zest.

    Put 2/3 of the crumbles into a springform pan (26 cm Ø) lined with baking paper and press down slightly. Pour curd mixture on top. Sprinkle with cherries. Sprinkle with remaining crumbles and bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 45-55 minutes.

    Leave to cool completely on a cake rack.
