Wash, clean and seed the cherries. Melt butter. Mix flour, salt, sugar and vanillin sugar. Pour in butter and use the dough hooks of the hand mixer to make crumbles. Cover and chill for 15 minutes.
Spread the Quicheform (approx. 24 cm Ø; 1 litre capacity) with butter. Pour in the cherries and spread the crumbles on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Leave to cool slightly and serve while still lukewarm
