Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 7 tablespoons (70 ml) + 1/4 l milk
  • 7 tablespoons (70 ml) Oil
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 300 g + some flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1 package Bake-proof pudding cream
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 1 glass (720 ml) Cherries
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Peaches
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cherry Jam
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Apricot Jam
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Grease a baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm). Mix quark, 7 tablespoons milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with the whisks of the hand mixer. Mix 300 g flour and baking powder, knead it with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Dust with flour and roll out on the baking tray, pressing up the edges a little

    Put 1/4 l milk and cream powder into a high mixing bowl. Using the whisks of the hand mixer, first mix for 1 minute on the lowest setting and then on the highest setting

    Open for one minute. Immediately stir in the crème fraîche

    Drain cherries and peaches separately. Cut the peaches into slices. Spread cherries, peach slices, stewed apples and pudding cream in large "blobs" on the dough

    Warm the jams separately and pass through a sieve. Spread cherries with cherry jam, peaches with apricot jam. Sprinkle almonds over the cake. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes. Let it cool down. Dust the dab cake with icing sugar
