Mix quark, 175 g sugar, lemon juice, eggs, sauce and pudding powder. Fold in almonds
Pour the curd mixture into a greased springform pan (approx. 26 cm Ø). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for 55-65 minutes. Remove the cake from the edge of the tin with a knife and let it cool down
Wash, clean and pat dry the strawberries. Halve or quarter the fruits depending on size. Spread the fruit on the cake in a dome shape
Mix the cake glaze and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a pot. Stir with 1/4 l water until smooth and bring to the boil while stirring. Add jelly and melt in it. Spread the glaze evenly over the strawberries and let it get firm. Dust the cake with icing sugar before serving
