Knead flour, baking powder, 1 egg, salt, 75 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar and cold fat in flakes until smooth. Chill for about 30 minutes.
Beat 3 eggs, 100 g sugar and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stir in lemon juice, quark, pudding and sauce powder
Grease the springform pan bottom (approx. 26 cm Ø). Roll out the dough on it. Spread with plum puree and cover the rim of the mould. Pour in the quark mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 30 minutes
Clean, wash and stone plums. Quarter plums or cut something into them
Cover cake with plums and bake for another 45 minutes. Let it cool down. Heat the jelly and spread on the plums. Sprinkle with sugar crystals
