Grease a tart or quiche dish (approx. 24 cm Ø). Mix quark, 75 g sugar, cream and eggs. Mix starch and milk until smooth, stir in. Stir in almonds. Spread the mixture into the mould
Place the mould on the fat pan of the oven and pour on as much hot water until it is 2/3 in water. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes. Let them cool down
Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Stir jam until smooth. Arrange cake with strawberries and jam. Decorate with mint and dust with icing sugar. Whipped cream tastes good with it
