Cheesecake with chocolate wafer pieces

Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 1 pack of (3 bars of 25 g each) Wafer bar hazelnut (suitable for diabetics)
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Sweetener
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few drops of butter vanilla aroma
  • 6 tablespoons (60 g) Common wheat semolina
  • 3 TABLESPOONS flaked almonds
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) Diabetic apricot fruit spread
  • 7-10 Tbsp fat and 1 tablespoon (15 g) flour for the mould

Directions

    Cut waffles into small pieces. Cream butter with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in sweetener and quark bit by bit. Stir in the eggs one by one. Finally add flavour, chocolate waffles and semolina. Put the mixture into a greased springform pan (26 cm Ø) sprinkled with flour and smooth it down.

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 45-55 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down on a cake rack. Remove from the edge after approx. 15 minutes. Roast almonds in a pan without fat, remove. Heat the jam, spread the cake with it and sprinkle with almonds
