  • 500 g Flour
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 375 g Sugar
  • 100 g Hazelnut brittle
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 2 packages Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Mix flour, vanillin sugar, 200 g sugar, brittle, baking powder and 1 pinch of salt. Add 2 eggs and butter in pieces and knead into crumbles. Put 2/3 of the crumbles into a greased spring tray (32 cm Ø) and press them to a smooth base. Separate 3 eggs. Mix quark, pudding powder, 75 g sugar, 1 egg and 3 egg yolks. Beat 3 egg whites until stiff, add 100 g sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Fold into the quark mixture.

    Pour the quark mixture onto the base and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: not suitable/ gas: level 2) for 50-60 minutes. After about 30 minutes spread the remaining crumbles on top. Leave to cool in the tin. Dust with icing sugar. Decorate with caramel threads
