Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 kg cream quark (40 % fat)
  • 5 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 225 g Sugar
  • Two pck. Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Applesauce
  • 2 TEASPOONS Hazelnut brittle

Directions

    Grease the springform pan (approx. 26 cm Ø; approx. 8 cm high). Mix quark, eggs, lemon juice, sugar and pudding powder briefly. Spread into the form. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for about 1 hour. Allow to cool down

    Whip the cream until stiff, sprinkle with vanillin sugar las sen. Shortly before serving, spread apple sauce and cream on the cake. Sprinkle with brittle
