Mix quark, 75 g sugar, cream and eggs. Mix starch and milk until smooth, stir into the quark mixture. Stir in almonds well. Grease an ovenproof dish (24 cm Ø; 1.5 litre capacity). Add the quark mixture and smooth it down.
Place the baking dish in the fat pan of the oven. Fill up with hot water until the baking dish is 2/3 full of water. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 3) for 50-60 minutes. Let them cool down. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Mix with 50 g sugar. Stir jam until smooth. Cut cake into pieces. Serve with strawberries and jam.
