Cheesecake cream in glass with berries

Ingredients

  • 150 g Raspberry Jam
  • 100 g Strawberries
  • 125 g Raspberries
  • 125 g Blueberries
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 250 g Edible quark (20 % fat in dry matter)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp white chocolate rolls

Directions

    Heat the jam, pass through a sieve and allow to cool. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Sort raspberries. Wash and sort blueberries

    Whip the cream until stiff. Mix cream cheese, quark, sugar, approx. 2 tablespoons lemon juice and vanillin sugar. Fold in cream

    Pour cream and jam alternately into 4 glasses. Spread berries on the cream and decorate with chocolate rolls
