  • 550 g Butter
  • 750 g Flour
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 6 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1250 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 packages Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 can(s) (450 ml) Plum jam
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Melt 400 g butter, let it cool down a little. Mix flour, 300 g sugar, salt and baking powder. Add 2 eggs and liquid butter and knead into crumbles with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Grease the fat pan of the oven (approx. 32 x 39 cm), add 2/3 of the dough and press to a flat bottom. Place in a cool place. Cream 150 g butter, 200 g sugar and vanillin sugar. Stir in curd cheese, cream, 4 eggs, lemon peel, lemon juice and pudding powder one after the other.

    Stir plum puree until smooth, spread on the dough. Pour the quark mixture onto the puree and smooth it down. Spread crumbles over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) on the second level from the bottom for 40-45 minutes. Let cool on a cake rack. Cut into 30 pieces and dust with icing sugar
