Bake the Rösti corners in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Turn once after 8 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and drain the chanterelles.
Peel and halve the onion and cut into half rings. Cut bacon into strips. Heat oil. Drain bacon in it. Add onions and chanterelles. Fry for about 5 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix cream cheese and 3/8 litres of water. Wash, chop and fold in parsley. Serve rösti corners and chanterelles garnished with parsley.
