Peel, wash and thinly slice the celery. Cut the slices smaller. Wash thyme, shake dry and remove leaves. Mix eggs, thyme and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put celery slices fan-shaped into 4 greased gratin dishes (each containing approx. 200 ml). Spread the glaze evenly over the celery slices.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes
