Ingredients

  • 500 g Spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Ricotta cheese
  • 1 package (250 g) Cannelloni
  • 2 packages (370 g each) Tomato pieces with onions and garlic
  • 20 g Butter
  • 4 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese

Directions

    Sort the spinach, wash and drain. Peel onion and garlic and fry in hot oil. Add the spinach and let it collapse. Season with salt and pepper.

    Dice the cheese and fold into the spinach. Fill the spinach and cheese mixture into the uncooked cannelloni rolls. Put the cannelloni in a large casserole dish and add the tomato pieces. Sprinkle cannelloni with butter flakes and parmesan and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 30 minutes
