  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

  1. 1

For the yeast dough, put 500 g flour in a bowl and press a depression in the middle. Warm the milk lukewarm. Crumble the yeast into the hollow, add 25 g sugar and 100 ml lukewarm milk. Mix with some flour from the edge to a thick mash. Cover the pre-dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Add 50 g butter, 1 egg, 50 g sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 150 ml lukewarm milk and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough.

  2. 2

Cover the dough again and let it rise for about 30 minutes until the dough has doubled. For the crumbles, mix 250 g flour, 100 g sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Add 1 egg and 125 g butter and work into crumbles first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands. Knead the yeast dough again briefly. Grease the fat pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour. Place the dough on top and roll out. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Melt 50 g butter. Cut 200 g butter into cubes. Press hollows into the dough with two fingers at even intervals. Spread the dough with the melted butter. Put the butter cubes into the hollows.
