  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 (250 g) Cup of whipped cream
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 2 (450 g) Cream cup sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 package Lemon peel (available grated)
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 (300 g) Cream cup flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 1/2 package (125 g) Butter
  • 4 tablespoons (200 g) milk, 2 packets of flaked almonds
  • 1 package (500 g) Danish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fruit dish "Sour cherry red fruit jelly" or
  • 1 jar (500 g) solid red fruit jelly
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar

Directions

    Grease a grease pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm). Pour cream into a mixing bowl. Wash the cream cup, dry it and then use it as a measuring cup

    Beat the cream, eggs, 1 cup of sugar, vanillin sugar, lemon peel and salt until the sugar is dissolved. Mix flour and baking powder and stir in

    Spread on the fat pan. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes

    Melt the fat. Bring to the boil with 1 cup of sugar and milk while stirring. Fold in almonds. Spread the groats as blobs and almond paste on the cake. Bake at the same temperature for another 18-20 minutes. Cool down, dust with icing sugar. Served with: Whipped cream
