Put the baking mix, fat, eggs, milk, orange peel and vanilla pulp into a mixing bowl. Mix for three minutes with the whisks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Grease an oblong box form (about 25 centimetres long) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour in half the dough. Spread Bounty Bars over it. Spread with the rest of the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 60 to 70 minutes. Let them cool down afterwards.
In the meantime melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath. Spread evenly over the cake. Allow to dry briefly and sprinkle with grated coconut. Makes 25 pieces.
