  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 100 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Low-fat curd
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 2 TEASPOONS Maple syrup
  • 1 Lime

Directions

    Sort and wash the blueberries. Mix cream cheese, quark, mineral water and syrup in a bowl. Mash half of the blueberries with a fork. Fold blueberries into the quark cream and stir in the crushed blueberries in streaks. Wash the lime hot, grate dry, peel with a pestle and sprinkle over the cream
