Form 4 approx. 4 cm high rings (each 9 cm Ø) from aluminium foil. Place in dessert bowls. Crumble the waffles finely and distribute them in them, except for 1 tablespoon. For the cream, wash the blueberries and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Mix cream cheese, 60 g sugar and lime juice. Whip the cream until stiff. Add cream and berries (some are kept for decoration) to the cream. Spread into the aluminium rings. (Keep the aluminium rings firm and in shape.) Drizzle the cream with juice and place in the fridge for about 2 hours. Loosen the rings carefully. (Waffle crumbs spread out) Decorate with remaining crumbs and blueberries
(Another possibility is to spread the crumbs in dessert bowls, make the cream extra and later put it on the crumbs).
