Ingredients

  • 150 g Butter or margarine
  • 60 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 240 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS fresh orange juice
  • 6 g Diabetic sweetness
  • baking paper

Directions

    Beat the fat, diabetic sweetness and salt until frothy. Add eggs bit by bit and stir in. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in. Halve the dough. Stir in one half cocoa and milk

    Line the bottom of a springform pan (26 cm Ø) with baking paper. From the middle of the springform pan, alternately pour in the dough with a tablespoon. Shake the baking tin carefully several times. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 ° C / gas: level 2) for 35-40 minutes
