Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 5 TABLESPOONS (à approx. 15 g) Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 20 g) Sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 250 g Blackberries
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

  1. 1

Mix 3 tablespoons sugar and 4-5 tablespoons water in a small pot. Caramelise over high heat while stirring until light brown. Remove from heat and stir in the sesame seeds. Spread a thin layer of brittle on a piece of lightly oiled aluminium foil and let it cool down

  2. 2

Sort the blackberries and wash if necessary. Mix quark, yoghurt, 2 tablespoons sugar and vanillin sugar until smooth. Stir in the blackberries, except some for decoration

  3. 3

Break the brittle into large pieces. Divide the blackberry quark between 4 dessert plates. Decorate with brittle, rest of blackberries, mint and icing sugar

  4. 4

The sesame brittle can also be nibbled pure or used to decorate cakes. Why not prepare a larger quantity right away? In well-closed tins it stays crispy at room temperature for several weeks. The quark also tastes delicious if you mix it with vanilla yoghurt
