Ingredients

  • 150 g Butter
  • 500 g Flour
  • 175 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 cube (42 g) Yeast
  • 1 kg mixed berries (red and green gooseberries, blackberries)
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour

Directions

    Melt 75 g butter. Mix flour, 75 g sugar, salt and vanillin sugar. Add the egg yolks. Heat milk, crumble yeast into it and dissolve in it. Add butter and yeast-milk mixture to the flour mixture.

    Knead everything to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 40 minutes. Knead the dough again. Place on a greased baking tray (approx. 37 x 32 cm) sprinkled with flour and roll out evenly. Let it rise again for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean the fruits, wash if necessary and drain well. Press hollows into the yeast dough and distribute 75 g butter in small flakes. Spread the fruit on top. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and 100 g sugar.
