Defrost the frozen berries. Select fresh berries, rinse and drain. Puree the berries and pass through a fine sieve. Mix berry puree and 1 tbsp. sugar
Mix quark, yoghurt, 2-3 tbsp. sugar and lemon juice. Whip cream until stiff and fold into the quark
Layer cream quark and berry puree in dessert glasses or bowls. Decorate as desired with lime wedges and mint
