Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 4 long zucchini
  • 2 tranches de jambon de pays
  • 125 g de ricotta
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 œuf
  • 2 branches de basilic
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ bouquet de persil plat
  • 2 gousses d'ail
  • 2 slices of stale bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp lait
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

    1 Rehydrate the sandwich loaf in a little milk. Wash the zucchini, steam them for 10 minutes, or boil them in salted water. Cut them in half lengthwise and dig them gently (reserve the flesh).

    2 Preheat the oven to 180 °C (th 6). Thin out and chop the herbs. Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the ham into strips. Coarsely crush the flesh of the courgettes.

    3 In a bowl, beat the egg with the ricotta. Add the bread, herbs, garlic, zucchini flesh and strips of ham. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.

    4 Fill the zucchini halves with the stuffing, place them in an oiled oven dish. Sprinkle them with a trickle of oil and Bake for 25q mn approximately.
