Bean pan with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g green beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 8 large raw shrimps (without head and shell)
  • 500 g firm fish fillet (e.g. redfish)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lime or lemon
  • 3 medium-sized onions
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 4-5 Tbsp Mango Chutney
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Zucker, 1 Tbsp Essig
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and chilli

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the beans into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for 5-10 minutes until al dente. Drain

    Wash the prawns and fish, dab dry. Sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp lime juice. Peel onions and cut into slices. Peel and chop garlic. Stir 1 tablespoon starch and 8-10 tablespoons water until smooth. Mix with mango chutney, garlic, sugar, vinegar, remaining lime juice, sambal and salt

    Fish salt, in approx. 2 tablespoons strength turn and knock off something. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok. Fry the fish and prawns for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, and remove.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Stir-fry onions and beans for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sauce, bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Add fish and shrimps and heat. Season to taste and garnish with parsley and chilli if necessary. Goes well with rice
