Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 75 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 8-12 (approx. 250 g) raw prawns
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 l oil for baking
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder, egg, 1 tablespoon of oil and wine to a smooth dough. Peel the prawns, make a longitudinal cut in the back and pull out the intestines. Wash the prawns

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Stir mayonnaise, yoghurt and garlic until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika

    Heat the oil in a tall pot. In the meantime, mix vinegar, salt, pepper, some sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil. Wash and drain the salad. Then mix with the marinade

    Sprinkle prawns with lemon juice and salt them. Pull through the dough and bake in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Serve with salad and dip

    Drink: cool white wine
