Ingredients

  • 1000 g Clear apple juice
  • 300 g White wine
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 100 g demerara sugar
  • 65 g Vanilla sugar
  • 3 Rod/s Cinnamon
  • 3 piece(s) Star Anise
  • 5 Carnations
  • 2 Vanilla beans
  • 500 g Calvados
  • 65 g Amaretto

Directions

    Put apple juice, white wine, sugar, vanilla sugar in a pot. Put spices in a paper filter and close the opening. Let the liquid stand at 90 degrees for about 13 minutes.

    Remove spices, stir in Calvados and Amaretto. Leave to cool and then pour into 6 bottles/300ml.
