Baked apple casserole with butter crumbles

Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS chopped almonds
  • 8 small apples (about 100 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 75-100 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Rum od. Orangensaft
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 2 TABLESPOONS + 75 g soft butter
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 150 g Flour
  • 75 g + 100 g sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 P. Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp 1 p. pudding powder "semolina" (for cooking; for 1/2 l milk)
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

    Roast the almonds without fat, let them cool down. Wash the apples, dab dry and prick out the core. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice

    Roughly grate the marzipan. Knead with almonds and rum. Fill apples with it and put them into a greased casserole dish. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter in flakes on top. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes

    Separate eggs. Mix the flour, 75 g butter in flakes, 1 egg yolk, 75 g sugar, vanillin sugar and a pinch of salt first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then briefly with your hands to form crumbles

    Mix 3 egg yolks and 100 g sugar until creamy. Stir in pudding powder and quark. Beat egg whites until stiff, fold in portions

    Take apples out of the oven. Spread the curd mixture and crumbles over them. Bake at the same temperature for another 40-45 minutes. Dust with icing sugar
